(Poor XML Wrapper For PHP Arrays)
A couple of functions to store/retrieve a PHP array to/from an XML file using a standard Document Type Declaration (DTD) file.

Text editors
Notepad2
Very good and complete Windows text editor written by Florian Balmer, and based on the Scintilla engine.
TRASHY was written with Notepad2 (this documentation was too).
Scintilla engineHere's a list of Scintilla related software.
You can find here some text editors which use the scintilla engine, just like Notepad2.
Scintilla provides placeholders for control chars, so text editors based on scintilla should have this feature too.
